The weather is nice, the kids need to be outside playing, and I've found a few construction themed activities for a birthday party or fun thing to do with your kids- both boys and girls because I don't know about you, but I much preferred digging dirt and mud "cooking" over dolls when I was a kid!
Some of these are flexible and can be done inside, but I'm all for getting everyone out of the house to play. The last one will probably have to start in the house :)
