Each portrait is painted by hand from your photo on Ampersand Aquabord, a professional-quality surface with a softly textured, absorbent clay coating that beautifully enhances watercolor details and color depth.
Optional Framing
You may choose to have your portrait framed in a 7/8" deep floater frame, made by Ampersand specifically for Aquabord panels. (See photo #2 for an example.)
PHOTO GUIDELINES
Please upload 1–3 clear reference photos.
The best photos are taken in natural light—ideally outdoors in the morning (around 10–11am) or late afternoon (3–4pm), or indoors near a bright window.
