Commission a custom watercolor painting from your photo - head and shoulders with a minimal background. A watercolor portrait painting makes a thoughtful and unique gift that will become a treasured keepsake. 

THE PORTRAIT
  • This listing is for one pet 
    • head and shoulders for sizes 6x6 and 8x8
    • full body if 8x10 is selected
  • Paintings will be done on Ampersand Aquabord from your photo
  • Optional: An artist's letter of agreement can be provided as a contract before purchase
  • Optional framing - I will frame your painting in a 7/8 deep floater frame that is made by Ampersand specifically for the Aquabord panels.

PHOTOS

  • I will be in touch after you make your purchase to let you know the approximate time of completion and so you can email me your photo(s).
  • Please provide at least 3 photos that you have taken yourself
  • The best reference photos are taken outdoors in natural light (10/11am or 3/4pm are good times) or indoors near a window.
  • I am unable to paint from professional photos that you hired someone to take

COMPLETION

  • Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for completion. Feel free to ask about my schedule before purchasing.
  • All originals are shipped U.S. Priority Mail with insurance.
  • Please contact me for a quote on paintings with multiple people or questions about the process.
